How to Install Aftermarket Grille on a 2004-2007 Nissan Titan or Armada
Custom 2007 Nissan Titan
Preparing for the Job
The removal and installation of the front grille on your 2004 through 2007 NIssan Titan or Armada is relatively straight-forward and can be completed in less than half-an-hour. Nonetheless, you will still need to prepare your work area and yourself for the job.
Start by placing a large sheet or mat on the floor adjacent to the front of the vehicle tht you can use as a staging area. By doing so you will be able to unpack your replacement grille and rest it on the floor without scuffing or otherwise damaging it. Similarly, when you remove the stock grille you will have a place to rest it.
In addition to preparing your work area we suggest that you use protective eyewear such as goggles. Whenever you are working with plastic clips and fasteners there is a possibility that one could pop out and injure your eye. So, at the risk of sounding like your overprotective grandmother, please use protective eyewear.
